Hi, I’m Avery! I’m a Michigan based wedding photographer who fell in love with documenting weddings over a decade ago and hasn’t looked back. I’m drawn to genuine connection, meaningful moments, and beautiful light. My approach blends documentary storytelling with an editorial eye, capturing your day as it naturally unfolds while preserving it in a way that feels elevated and timeless.

“"Avery is truly the best of the best and one of a kind. When my husband and I first got engaged, the next easiest yes was booking Avery. We first met Avery at one of our friends weddings that she was the photographer for, now five years later she has been the photographer for myself and for three other friends weddings. It is a true testament to her work and energy that so many of us would want her to photograph our weddings after witnessing her!
All of our photos we have received have been beyond anything I could have imagined. Her photos are so natural and authentic in capturing the little sweet moments that many would miss. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she truly feels like any one of my other girl friends being a part of our wedding day! Her energy and positive spirit are infectious and I truly could not have imagined anyone else capturing our day. Booking Avery was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! From the moment she responded to our inquiry, we knew we were in great hands. She has a gift for building genuine connections. Her amazing energy and kindness put us at ease throughout the wedding planning process and on our big day so we could truly take it all in & live in the moment.
Photography was high on our priority list for the wedding. We wanted authentic, heartfelt moments with our loved ones captured—not stiff, overly posed photos. She completely understood and championed our vision. Avery and her amazing sister Zoie, who shot as our second photographer, even arrived early to scout the venue and find the perfect spots.
Her artistry is truly unmatched—her eye for detail, emotion, and storytelling is incredible. Every time we look at our wedding gallery, we find new favorite photos. We will treasure our album for the rest of our lives and have Avery and Zoie to thank for this!

She is the most professional and LOVING person and truly loves what she does, because you can see it in her work. I would 10000/10 recommend hiring Avery for ANY and ALL things wedding photos.
